Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 October 2026 · UAB IT LIFE, Lithuania · admin@content.is
1. Acceptance
Using content.is Planner (the “Service”) means you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by UAB IT LIFE, Lithuania.
2. The Service
A planning, publishing and analytics tool for social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. Publishing and statistics go through the networks’ official APIs and are subject to those networks’ terms (Meta Platform Terms, Threads API terms, LinkedIn API Terms of Use, YouTube Terms of Service, Pinterest and TikTok developer terms).
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your sign-in credentials, for the people you invite and for having the right to manage every account you connect. One person may only connect accounts they administer.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of your posts and media. You grant us the licence needed to store them and publish them where you asked. You are responsible for what you publish and for complying with each network’s rules.
5. Acceptable use
No illegal, deceptive or infringing content; no spam, automation that violates a network’s policy, or attempts to publish to accounts you do not control. We may suspend a workspace that puts the Service’s network access at risk.
6. Availability
The Service is provided as is. Networks change and limit their APIs; a post can fail or a statistic can be unavailable for reasons outside our control. We show you the status and the reason per network.
7. Fees
The Service is free during the pilot. Paid plans, if introduced, will be announced with 30 days’ notice; nothing is charged without your explicit order.
8. Data and deletion
See the Privacy Policy. You can delete your workspace at any time; deletion requests from networks are honoured automatically.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate for breach of these Terms with notice, except where a network requires immediate action.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or network-side changes. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
11. Law
Laws of the Republic of Lithuania; disputes are heard by the courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to consumers’ mandatory rights.
