How billing works

  1. The 14-day free trial asks for a card, but nothing is charged before the trial ends.
  2. After the trial the subscription renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
  3. Cancel any time from the billing page: access stays until the end of the paid period.
  4. 14-day money-back on the first payment of a new subscription: write to admin@content.is.
  5. Invoices, VAT and sales tax are handled by Polar, the merchant of record. Prices are in EUR.

Questions

What happens after the 14-day trial?
The plan you chose at checkout starts and the card is charged: €180 for a year or €19 for a month. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, in the workspace's billing page or in the Polar customer portal. The workspace keeps full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then becomes read-only.
Do you refund?
The first payment of a new subscription is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days. Later renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel so they stop.
Which networks are supported?
Today: Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Threads, YouTube channels and LinkedIn profiles. LinkedIn Pages, Pinterest and TikTok follow after their platform reviews. X is postponed because its API charges per post.
Is my data deleted when I cancel?
No. A workspace whose subscription ended stays read-only, with every post, connection and statistic in place, so you can come back. To have it deleted, write to admin@content.is and it is removed.
Who charges my card?
Polar Software Inc. (polar.sh), the merchant of record. Polar handles the payment, the invoice and the tax; the card never touches our servers.
